Steven joined CHFA in July 2006, having worked in NZ financial markets since 1994 as a consultant (with PwC), corporate treasurer (at Transpower), and bank dealer (at Westpac).  He specialises in evaluating and managing financial risk (including insurance and derivatives risks), and has extensive experience in corporate, banking, and local authority environments.

Steven’s role at CHFA is to develop the Agency’s lending and advisory services.
